Purchase Instructions

Purchases of HK$500 or more at Zionburg Online are eligible for free local shipping. If the amount is less than HK$500, the SF Service Shipping Fee of HK$30-$60 will be charged according to the order amount.

Customers can also choose to pick up the order at the Kwun Tong showroom — please present the order number when picking up the order.

If you wish to have someone else pick up your order, they will need to present a screenshot of your order confirmation at the time of pick-up in order to facilitate the pick-up process.

*Please be noted that:

1. It takes about 3 working days to process and ship the order.

2. The shipping risk shall be borne by the customer. In the event of any deterioration, damage, or loss during the shipping process, Zionburg will not make any compensation, and in case of any dispute, Zionburg reserves the right to the final decision.
